Enchanting Ourika Valley Day Trip from Marrakech

Embark on an unforgettable journey to the enchanting Ourika Valley, the most accessible and renowned getaway from Marrakech. Travel from Marrakech to Ourika and back to Marrakech.

Pick up around 9:30 a.m. from your hotel in Marrakech, then drive 45 minutes through olive groves to the Ourika Valley gate at Tnine Ourika, where a weekly market occurs every Monday. If it's Monday, we'll visit the market before starting a 2-hour hike through Berber villages and cultivated terraces to Timalizine. From there, we'll cross a bridge, return to the main road, and continue to the stunning village of Setti Fadma, where the asphalt road ends. Once there, we'll have lunch at a local restaurant before embarking on a 45-minute walk to visit the waterfalls. After exploring these beautiful waterfalls, we'll return to the car for our journey back to Marrakech, arriving around 5 p.m.
